Here are the server specs... It is running on the best hardware available...
Copied this from server control panel...
Your server is currently being hosted on a Dual Intel Xeon E5-2667v3 (Haswell 3.2ghz) node
with 16 total processor cores and 128 gigabytes of RAM. The database code for this node is
dallas-hexadec32; its OS is Windows.
The server uses T1 INTERNET connection...
There is nothing faster out there...
That being said...
If your running this ET install or something like it...
Old ET VersionThat could be your problem if your running windows 10...
This old ET install installs ET on one folder... Default location (C:Drive/Programs 86/Enemy Territory)
Works good on windows xp and windows 7 but windows 10 does not like it...
Note: I can not play ET on my pc with this install, ET lags very bad causing the
game to feel like it's dropping half of game packs...
My pc is pretty damn good...
6 cores clocked to 4.0 MHz...
16 Gigs of ram DDR3 (duel channel, unrestricted...
6800 video card with 2 Gigs of on-board ram DDR5...
Water Cooled...
Over kill for enemy territory...
ET runs great on my Ginny Pig PC put together from old hardware I had in a box...
Running duel core... two gigs of ram... on-board graphics... windows 10 Pro 64 bit...
I am running ET Legacy... Runs great... With any video driver you have installed on your pc...
ET Legacy installs ET on two folders... Note: This is proper way windows 10 reads files...
One folder is on Default location (C:Drive/Programs 86/Enemy Territory) files used to run game are here...
The other folder is on Default location (C:\Users\Your PC's Name\Documents\ETLegacy)...
All the files from the server's redirect are stored here... ET main, Silent, and so on...
ET Legacy download is 32 bit...Don't worry 32 bit runs fine...
ET is an old game no load on your PC 64 bit is not needed...
ET Legacy DownloadSo you might give it a try you can install ET Legacy side by side with other versions of ET...
One will not effect the other...
Having both versions side by side will give you a way to check which one plays nice with
with windows 10... Hope this helps you out...
